Migrayt uses dynamic pricing calculated after scanning your ADO project. You see the exact breakdown before paying. There are no monthly fees, no per-seat charges, and no retainers.
How It's Calculated
item_cost = total_items × £0.15
attachment_cost = attachment_gb × £3.00
subtotal = item_cost + attachment_cost
Volume discount (applied to item cost only):
5,000 – 19,999 items: 5% off
20,000 – 49,999 items: 15% off
50,000+ items: 25% off

What's Not Included
- 7pace time log migration — add-on, priced separately
- Xray test step enrichment — add-on, priced separately
- Second migration run on a new project (priced as a new migration)
- Re-migration after full cancellation — same price as a new run
Payment
Payment is processed via Stripe Checkout immediately after you review the price. Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, SEPA (EUR), BACS (GBP).
Your quote is valid for 72 hours. If you don't pay within that window, re-run the scan (your project may have changed) to get a fresh quote.
Refunds
If a migration fails entirely and cannot be recovered, a full refund is issued within 5 business days. For partial failures where most items migrated successfully, contact support@migrayt.ai to discuss a pro-rated refund.
